- All rooms are double occupancy basis only (No twin bedded)
- CP includes room + breakfast only
- There is one extra person charge applicable to child above 5 years. Extra person is provided with mattress & proper Linen, laid on the floor. No Extra Cot / bed is provided in the room
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- We do not allow any out side food, beverages & liquor inside the premises

- We require 100% payment in advance for booking confirmation
- Check In : You may check in from 10:00 hours onwards(10 AM)
- Check Out : You must check out by 11:00 hours (11 AM)
- Payment – We accept Cash & UPI Payments only

- Cancellation Policy : Cancellation made before 2 day prior to arrival date will be fully refundable or as its non refundable
